Hướng dẫn quy trình thủ tục đi xuất khẩu lao động Nhật Bản từ A – Z

Step 1: Research and Pre-screen Job Orders

To participate in interviews for job orders in Japan, you must meet the basic requirements regarding health, height, and weight as mentioned above.

During this process, Hoàng Long staff will guide you through measurements, interview your study and work history, etc., in order to select suitable candidates for work in Japan.

Step 2: Health Check

This is an important condition in the approval process for participating in the program. Candidates who meet the pre-screening requirements will be taken by Hoàng Long CMS to a designated hospital for a general health check.

Note: When going for the health check, you should avoid spicy food, alcohol, carbonated drinks, smoking, and try to move around lightly.

Step 3: Complete the Registration Form

After confirming that you meet the health requirements to participate in the job order, candidates need to complete the remaining paperwork (all candidates will be guided in detail by company staff).

Step 4: Pre-recruitment Training

If you have fully met the conditions to work in Japan as outlined above, Hoàng Long CMS will help you feel more confident during the interview process with employers and in passing physical and dexterity tests by training you on Japanese greetings and common interview questions.

Please participate seriously to achieve the best results!

Step 5: Participate in Job Selection Exams

During the job selection exams, you will undergo IQ, math, dexterity, and physical fitness tests… Then, you will participate in a direct interview with the employer (who is Japanese), accompanied by an interpreter.

Based on the results of the tests and your responses during the interview, as well as your demeanor, attitude, and willingness to learn, the Japanese will evaluate and select those who are suitable for their jobs and companies.

Step 6: Complete Procedures

Congratulations on passing the interview and being accepted to work in Japan! As soon as you are notified of your successful application, you will receive a package of documents to complete your administrative procedures in your locality.

Note:

  • Submit all required procedures on time: documents, passport, financial information (some job orders also require a marriage status certificate and a personnel or family verification certificate) as per the company’s notification.
  • Undergo a comprehensive health check if you haven’t done so or if your previous check is no longer valid (the company organizes this for candidates).
  • The plan for submitting procedures and training will be detailed in the “Successful Application Notification” from the company.

Step 7: Post-selection Training

You will gather at the Hoàng Long CMS Training Center 02 in Đông Anh for post-selection training. Depending on the job order, the training duration may vary.

Here, you will receive in-depth training in Japanese language and skills to meet job requirements after arriving in Japan. Additionally, during your time here, you will learn about Japanese culture and experience a standard Japanese living and learning environment, helping you integrate into your new life and work.

Step 9: Prepare Before Departure

Before flying to Japan for work, you will be guided on the procedures and reminded of the items to bring.

You should avoid items, foods, medicines, etc., that are not on the permitted list for bringing onto the plane to Japan.
